Trace starts construction of new 7 bedroom Ashvirad House project and appoint Burras Ltd http://www.burras.com as subcontractor for construction of the basement.
Following demolition of the previous house in October 2020, Trace have entered into a design & build contract to build this luxury 7 bedroom house project for a private client with completion due in late spring 2022.
The video below shows when work was stopped to conduct a Hindu blessing for the new house which involves an offering being placed under the new basement.
